Customers should check all products upon delivery and contact GMYS Swiftlet as soon as possible if an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing. Please provide the order number, photos, and a short explanation of the issue.
Returns may be accepted for eligible unused items in original condition and packaging. Items that have been installed, used, mixed, opened, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.
Liquid, aroma, hormone, sound, software, digital, hygiene-sensitive, custom, clearance, and special-order items may have limited return eligibility.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit will be assessed after the returned item or issue evidence has been reviewed. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error from GMYS Swiftlet.
